Taloyhtiön toisessa häkkikomerossa on tapahtunut vesivahinko (C ja D rapun välissä, ei väestösuoja).
Vahinko havaittiin perjantaina 2.5., mutta se on saattanut tapahtua jo aiemmin. Vahingon syytä ja laajuutta selvitetään tarkemmin ensi viikon aikana. Akuuttina toimenpiteenä huoltoyhtiö on avannut tukkeutuneen lattiakaivon.
Tämän tilan lattia on laajalta alueelta kastunut. Mikäli säilytät tavaroita häkkikellarissa, suosittelemme tarkistamaan komeron mahdollisten vahinkojen varalta.
Dokumentoi tarvittaessa vahingot mahdollisia vahingonkorvaus-hakemuksia varten. Hallitus selvittää taloyhtiön korvausvastuita sekä vakuutuksen kattavuutta.

Water damage has occurred in the storage room between stairs C and D, where the storage for the smaller apartments is located..
The damage was discovered on Friday, May 2nd, but it may have occurred earlier. The cause and extent of the damage will be investigated in more detail next week. As an emergency measure, the maintenance company has opened a blocked floor drain.
The floor in this space has been wet over a large area. If you store items in the storage room, we recommend that you check the storage room for possible damage.
Document the damage, if necessary, for possible claims for compensation. The board is investigating the housing company’s compensation liabilities and insurance coverage.
