Halonen suorittaa kiinteistössä parvekkeiden kuntotutkimuksen seuraavasti:
Keskiviikkona ja Torstaina 9-10.10.2024 n. klo 8.00 – 16:00.
Piha-alueen haasteellisten muotojen takia tutkimusta ei voida suorittaa nostokoriautosta. Näin
ollen joudumme suorittamaan rakenteiden tutkimuksen kulkemalla parvekkeille asuntojen
kautta. Tulemme suorittamaan kuntotutkimuksen seuraavien asuntojen parvekkeille: Kaikki
asunnot Rapuissa A, C ja D.
Tulemme asuntoon yleisavaimella, joten jättäkää turvalukko auki ja ottakaa pois päältä
murtohälyttimet. Ilmoitattehan allekirjoittaneelle, jos asunnossanne on lemmikkieläimiä.
Betonirakenteista otetaan näytteitä timanttiporaamalla, josta aiheutuu kohtalaisen voimasta
ääntä. Noin puolessa parvekkeista suoritamme poranäytteen oton ja lopuissa asunnoissa
asennamme laatan alapintaan tuen näytteen oton ajaksi.
Pahoittelemme tutkimuksesta aiheutuvaa häiriötä.

Halonen will conduct a condition survey of balconies structures in the following manner:
on Wednesday and Thursday, October 9-10, 2024, approximately from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Due to the challenging shape of the property, the survey cannot be carried out from a crane
truck. Therefore, we must carry out the survey by going through the apartments. We will carry
out a condition survey on the balconies of the following flats: all the apartments In A, C and
D.
We will enter the apartment with a master key, so please leave the security lock open and turn
off the burglar alarms. Please inform the project manager if you have pets in your apartment.
Samples of concrete structures will be taken using diamond drilling, which will produce
moderate noise. In about half of the balconies we will carry out drill sampling and in the
remaining apartments we will install a support at the bottom of the slab for sampling.
