Yksi osakas pesi ikkunoita, ja kun ikkunaa nostettiin ylös, ikkunalasi alkoi irrota alareunastaan karmista. Onneksi lasi pysyi paikallaan eikä haljennut tai pudonnut. Kutsumme lasiliikkeen paikalle tekemään korjauksen ja pyydämme ehdotusta korjaustoimista.
Onneksi kenellekään ei sattunut mitään!

Warning – window started to come off when raised for washing.
One tenant tried to wash windows and raised one up to wash the inside. When raising, the glass started to come off from the frame. Window was lowered and the glass did not shatter or fall. Nobody was hurt.
We will ask a glass repair company to come over, and will share more info when we know what can be done to secure all windows.
Please note that based on the norms, the outside windows are the responsibility of the house, the inside windows are the responsibility of the home owner.
